we realized that this hitch kit doesn't come with any pin or clip that holds it in place. We have added to this fine Hitch kit a clip (see pictures, it is the black U shape clip) for you to be able to use it right away in case you don't have a hitch pin . the clip will work only with the 2" receiver (it will not work for 1 1/4").
