This ad is for an OEM Cadillac CTS Center Dash Applique trim. It is for models with the Pyramid design on the interior (It looks to me like Carbon Fiber Style, but they call it Pyramid). This item goes to the left of the steering wheel. I have provided a picture below of where this fits on your dash.
